Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Specialist to help communicate effectively between our customers and operations teams. This position is essential for providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and manage communications in a friendly and professional manner.
Information Management: Keep customer information and files organized for easy access and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Email and Admin Support: Provide timely responses to emails and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

In this role, you will build relationships with existing clients using our established database and keep them informed about our services.

Additional Information:
You will work closely with a Supervisor to report your progress and completed tasks. We offer comprehensive, free training to ensure your success in this position, and there are no upfront costs involved.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
