APART USA responsibly wants to take leadership positions in working with clients to promote its values and services. We can offer solutions and services to clients audits of construction projects to the development and implementation of strategy when working with any real estate objects.

APART USA understands that strengthening our environmental, social and managerial sustainability also ensures the long-term business success of us and our partners. We are going to further strengthen our leadership role in relation to ESG (ecology, social sphere and management).

In all processes, we plan to achieve climate neutrality
("net zero") by 2045.

Reduce greenhouse gas emissions through increased awareness, knowledge, efficiency, environmentally friendly design solutions, low-emission building materials, innovations in equipment/machinery, and improved construction and operation methods.
We are taking collective action throughout the value chain, supporting our customers and interacting with our suppliers, while strengthening the resilience of our business to the effects of climate change.

Our sustainability plan includes, among other things, carbon reduction targets to support the goals of the Paris Agreement to stop global warming. The Sustainable Development Plan also has a social and managerial dimension: we care not only about all the people who work for us. We also attach great importance to ensuring that our high standards apply to the entire supply chain and that human rights apply to everyone who works on our projects. We only work with partners who are committed to our values.
